2017 is a new year, thus a new opportunity appears. This year, Twenties for Smileys team is flying further to give a helping hand. The recent Earthquake that hit Nepal in 2015 has come to our attention and we are ready to relief those in need.

Our programme this year is named Post-Earthquake Community Embrace  (PEACE). After months of research and preparation, we are finally leaving a huge impact in our campus itself by placing a  banner. All of our team members participated on the preparation of the banner that started from stitching, drawing to painting.

To achieve the visioned banner, our team has collaborated with Abdul Aziz bin Saifullah, 1st year Medicine student from UIA, who is the main artist. “I feel honoured to be given a chance to collaborate with committed team members. I wish all of you the best of luck until the end of the mission.” said Aziz. He also runs a business for custom made bookmarks which he specializes in Arabic wordings or Khat through his instagram account, @azizbobk.

Everyone is satisfied with the outcome and so is the Director of PEACE Nepal himself, Ahmad Muizzuddin bin Amir Malik. He was grateful that everyone did their very best and gave their full cooperation. He also hoped that the momentum will be consistent until the end of the mission.
